The 2022 April Fools Update replaced the Divine Mandate with a vastly different country, Ponylon, which can see a ponified version of Nikolai Bukharin become a unifier. However, it is still possible for Alexander Men to wind up as the leader of Ponylon, provided he is able to successfully overthrow Bukharin (of course, if the update is not enabled in the gameplay rules, Ponylon will not spawn).
