The Iberian Wars is a potential conflict that can happen if either the Iberian Union fails to maintain stability and represses terrorists. It violently explodes into multiple factions and conflicts in Portugal and Spain. If it drags on for long enough, the situation can devolve further into anarchy as more factions appear.
