The Imperial Mercantile Consortium is a consortium of slavery-based mega-corporations established by Sergey Taboritsky to run the economy of the Holy Russian Empire. When Taboritsky's death sends Russia into anarchy, the Consortium cuts ties with the collapsing Empire, becoming an effectively independent warlord state.
