The Kolyma Development Zone is a country that can appear after the collapse of the Divine Mandate of Siberia. It borders the Divine Mandate of Siberia to the west, First Army Dimitry Donskoy to the southwest, the Siberian Protection Comittee to the south and the Kamchatka Naval Authority to the south.
