The Neutral State of Vologda, is a Russian warlord state located in the west Russian region. It borders the West Russian Revolutionary Front to the north, Reichskommissariat Moskowien to the west, the Military Control Commission in Gorky, Republic of Tatarstan to the south, and the Komi Republic and Vyatka Governorate to the east.
