Operationszone Pleskau is a Wehrmacht remnant based around the city of Holmgard (Novgorod) after the dissolution of Reichskommissariat Moskowien. It is led by Siegfried Grabert. They are a motley band of Fallschirmjäger, a railway battalion, and a Brandenburger detachment who are devoted to protecting Holmgard from the SS.
