The Russian All-Military Union is a White Russian emigre organisation founded by General Pyotr Wrangel in 1924 after the Russian Revolution and currently led by Prime Minister Vladimir Kharzhevsky. It is the leading political movement of the Vyatka Governorate and a prominent voice for Tsarism including the restoration of the Romanovs. The ROVS is one of two major movements advocating Tsarism in the Smuta, the other being the Russian Tsar League of the Transbaikal Principality.
