The Northwestern Security Command is a military garrison of the collaborationist Republic of China located in northwestern China. It borders the 40th Army Group to the south-west, the Xinjiang Border Defense Administration to the west, the Mengjiang United Autonomous Government to the north and the Jinsui Administrative Office to the east.

• Before being recharacterized into a standard IJA-occupied territory, the Seihoku Homengun was a weird country called "Hui"; presumably, it was supposed to be a nation state for China's Hui Muslims (in the same vein as Manchuria) established under Japanese pan-Asianism that eventually degraded into its current state.
