Theodor Oberländer (born 1st May 1905) is the incumbent President of the Reichstag of the Greater Germanic Reich and leader of the Institutional Reformist faction of the National Socialist German Workers' Party.
Involvement
If Albert Speer wins the Second Kampfzeit, the hardline conservatives in the National Socialist German Workers' Party eventually coalesce around Oberländer as their leader; if Speer's government collapses, Oberländer nominally replaces Helmut Schmidt as Germany's Foreign Minister, but effectively becomes Germany's true ruler, with Speer as his puppet.
