The Communist Party of Turkmenistan is the ruling party of the Socialist Republic of Turkmenistan.

History

Since the collapse of the Soviet Union, Poda Annaorazov has attempted to maintain the original line of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) and Nikolai Bukharin's ideals. However, other higher ups in the party are fed up with this persistence, seeing the old system as having failed.
