The Congolese Civil War is a conflict that can either happen if Hüttig's Africa collapses on stage 1 or 2, or if the OFN's Congo Mandate is unstable and falls in Civil War.
In Game
For USA, if Huttig's Africa collapses, then the USA will support the Congolese Republic/Congo State, but if the OFN Mandate in Congo collapses, then the USA will support the Federal Republic of the Congo in Léopoldville.
For Germany, if Huttig's Africa collapses, then Germany will support the Afrikaner-Abwehrfront in Léopoldville, but Germany will not get support to any Congolese contenders if the OFN Mandate in Congo collapses.
