The Popular Republic of the Congo is a pan-African state that can appear during the Congolese Civil War if Hans Hüttig's Großafrikanischer Reichsstaat collapses during stage 1 or 2. It can also appear if the OFN-backed Provisional Government of the Congo collapses due to bad management.
