Welthauptstadt Germania or World Capital Germania, is the revitalization of Berlin as part of Adolf Hitler's vision for the Greater Germanic Reich's future. Construction of the city began following the axis victory in World War II. Albert Speer, the "first architect of the Third Reich," designed many of the plans for the rebuilt city as project manager; by 1961, major elements of Germania's plans had been completed.

Volkshalle

The Volkshalle or People's Hall, is a monumental, domed building built in Germania in the Greater Germanic Reich. The project was conceived by Adolf Hitler and designed by his architect Albert Speer.

Triumphal Arch

A triumphal arch similar to the Arc de Triomphe in Paris, but considerably larger, stands near the southern end of the avenue; it is about one hundred metres (330 ft) high, and the Arc de Triomphe could fit inside its opening.

Trivia

  • The ground around Berlin/Germania was very swampy. As a result, the Volkshalle would have sunk in. So it is highly possible that the Volkshalle would have to be significantly reduced in size, but it would still be absolutely gigantic; the building was planned to be 315m tall in its original configuration[1].
  • Structures like the Volkshalle, Dome of the rock, Anitkabir, Roman Colosseum, Eiffel tower, Big Ben, St Basil's Cathedral, Jesus the redeemer statue, Forbidden palace, Irkutsk hydroelectric power station, Port of Magadan, Kuznetsk Basin, Vorkuta gulag, Torre de belem, Pyramids of Giza and Sphinx, Statue of Liberty, Golden gate bridge, Monument to the Revolution have their own 3D building that can be seen in the TNO map[2].
