Igor Kurchatov (born 12nd January 1903) is a Russian scientist and member of Andrei Zhdanov's faction in the Communist Party of Komi. If Zhdanov takes power, Kurchatov initially serves as his head of government before retiring, leaving the spot for either Vladimir Chelomey or Nikolai Kardashev.
