Konstantin Alekseevich Steklov (Константин Алексеевич Стеклов), born Georgy Nikolaevich Zhiryakov is a member of the White Movement and former commander in the army of Zhang Zongchang. He is the current economic minister of the All-Russian Government of Amur.
