Mikhail Gorbachev (born 2nd March 1931) is a Russian politician.

- In real life, Gorbachev was the last General Secretary of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, succeeding Konstantin Chernenko after Chernenko's death. He oversaw a series of reforms, known as Glasnost (openness and transparency) and Perestroika (restructuring), which reformed the Soviet Union both economically and politically.
