Mikhail Moiseyevich Kaganovich (born 16th October 1888) was a brother of Lazar Kaganovich, Soviet politician and associate of Joseph Stalin. He is currently the economy minister of the West Siberian People's Republic, commonly known as Tyumen.

Trivia

According to a former developer, Mikhail was planned as an alternate path for Tyumen, who would've been a socialist option for the country, but this path was scrapped. Whether or not it was replaced with Nikita Khrushchev's is unknown.
