The Nenetsian Free Army, officially known as the Free Communes of Russia, is a warlord state that breaks away from the Holy Russian Empire after Sergey Taboritsky's death. It is made of former Free Aviators and local partisans who hide from the Regent's persecution in the tundra of Nenetsia, but continue to be harassed by the Imperial Airborne Brigades raiding their lands.
