Seretse Khama is a post-Reichstatt leader of the Republic of Botswana and, in the wake of its conflict with Robert Mugabe's Zimbabwe, later the Botswana-Zimbabwe Democratic Front, which can only form in the event of a Pakt-leaning ceasefire.
In real life, Khama was a staunch proponent of the free market and helped develop the Botswanan economy from the third-poorest in the world to the fastest-growing economy in the world for two decades.
