Siberian Workers' Federation
The Siberian Workers' Federation is a country that can be formed through an uprising resulting from general labor strikes, if the Central Siberian unifier fails to keep its worker discontent in check.
Any Central Siberian state (with the exception of the Siberian Black Army) can fall victim to an uprising by the Siberian Workers' Federation if its worker discontent rises too high. The revolt has an equal chance of beginning in either Novosibirsk, Krasnoyarsk or Tomsk; the chosen city will become a demilitarized zone a few days before the revolt begins.
Should it succeed in conquering Central Siberia, parts of the Siberian Workers' Federation will split off into other countries:
- Kemerovo, Krasnoyarsk, Tannu Tuva and Western Mongolia will become the Reformed Siberian Socialist Workers' Republic, governed by Ivan Sevastyanov
- Barnaul and Gorno-Altaysk will become the Siberian Workers' and Peasants' Union, governed by Maria Borchenko
- Lesosibersk, Bakhita, Boguchany, Bratsk and Kansk will become the Free Workers' Republic of Siberia, governed by Stepan Valenteev
As the Siberian Workers' Federation has no interest in unifying Russia, its victory can be considered a failstate for the region.
