Placeholders

I'd want to note that people who only appear as leaders of a political party in a country that cannot follow the corresponding ideology (like ultranationalist Azawad) are usually just placeholders and not considered canon until they make a proper appearance. - Arya Snow (talk) 13:10, 27 November 2021 (UTC)

Ministers

I don't really see the usefulness of a minister category, since in-game, most ministers are non-characters who just sit there in the cabinet and have no role in the story (if they don't become leaders later on that is). As for the DEFAULTSORT thing, whether we choose to sort by full name or surname, it makes no sense to sort by patronymic (in case of Intalla son of Attaher). - Arya Snow (talk) 14:57, 1 December 2021 (UTC)

  • Yeah you're right. Listing the ministers on the country page is more than enough. By extension, can all ministers have a page on the wiki or only those who are generals, may become leaders or are mentioned in events? And for the DEFAULTSORT, maybe leaving it as is is better given the number of pages. Thank you for your answer! - Garde impérial (talk) 15:34, 1 December 2021 (UTC)
They can still have articles as necessary; only the categories are unnecessary (this also applies to generals, by the way). I don't really have a preference whether the DEFAULTSORT thing should be used or not. - Arya Snow (talk) 15:45, 1 December 2021 (UTC)
  • Oh great, thank you for the clarification! And for the DEFAULTSORT, a lot of wikis and Wikipedia sort by surname. But here there might be a lot of articles to modify. - Garde impérial (talk) 16:09, 1 December 2021 (UTC)
