If Vladimir III restores the Russian Empire, Boris will be sent to the United States to increase relations between the Tsardom and the Organization of Free Nations, but he spends most of his time partying and going to nightclubs, instead of actually doing his job.
When Onega wins the war with a united western Russia and divides its southern part, Boris will seize the opportunity to carve out his own little kingdom, and restore the now-leaderless Principality of Vyatka with himself in charge.
Trivia
Skossyreff was arrested by the Nazis during World War II. After being released, he began collaborating with them, and he eventually joined Vladimir III's expedition during the West Russian War.
