The Carnarvon Defense League is a potential country from the territory of South Africa, once the Second South African Civil War starts, it will be neutral and will not fight with anyone. The faction may unite with the South African Liberation Front and the Zulu-Xhosa Alliance to establish the South African Federation to end the Republic of South Africa.
