'Faustino Harrison' (born 21st May 1900) is a Uruguayan politician. Currently serving in the National Council of Uruguay, he has been tabled a political favourite by certain political blocs for succeeding incumbent Eduardo Víctor Haedo within Uruguay's unique power rotation system that alternates presidential power per year: a system that persistently comes under scrutiny for its overt bureaucracy in spite of its intent of rationalizing the power hierarchy of state.

Harrison's affiliation with the Nationals and his proximity to the higher echelons of power has signified the realignment of Uruguayan politics breaking longstanding Colorado supremacy in the small nation.
