Oberkommando Südafrika (English: South Africa High Command) is a potential state that is formed once the Second South African Civil War starts. Led by Chmielewski, a horrid man who has chairs made from the skin of dead slaves.

After the Afrikaner Volkstaat splits from the Reichstaat, Chmielewski will attempt to bring South Africa back under Hüttig's reign. If the Oberkommando wins the Second South African War, they will inevitably collapse when Hüttig's empire does, with Chmielewski being Assassinated, leading to yet another balkanization in South Africa.
