The Palestinian Arab State formerly could be established if Italy wass defeated in the war against Turkey. After the defeat and assassination of Governor Carlo Alberto dalla Chiesa, the Palestinian Liberation Front - General Command, led by Ahmed Jibril took the Governorate of the Levant over.
After an unknown patch, the Palestinian Arab State, along with their Jewish counterpart, Avraham Stern's Kingdom of Israel, were removed.
