Andalusia is a potential country ruled by Plácido Fernández Viagas that can emerge from the Iberian Wars. It secedes from the Spanish Republic should the Iberian Wars stretch out for long enough. After declaring their independence, Andalusia will remain neutral in the Iberian Wars, unless one Spanish state declares war on them.
