It is a state which can come into existence should the OFN win the South African War
However Independence is not immediately obtained as the OFN establishes Mandates shortly after defeating the Germans
The OFN can establish The OFN provisional government of Angola or the Central African Republic combining all former colonies of the Germans . Either Way the Angolans will get independence as a whole with UNITA in power
