Subash Chandra Bose, also known as Netaji, is the current leader and founder of the Government of Free India. He was also the founder of the Indian National Army (Azad Hind Fauj), who fought in World War II alongside the Japanese in Burma.

Netaji was born in 23 January, 1897 in Cuttack, British Raj. From the very beginning of his life, Bose was a strong critique of the British Raj. He joined the Indian National Congress in 1930 and quickly rose through the ranks.

During the Independence movement of India, Bose, being a more radical leader, believed in an arm struggle for freedom. He left the congress in 1940 and created his own government, the Provisional Government of Free India. Although, it was only recognized by the Axis Powers, he created an army and fought the British alongside his Japanese allies in Burma and eastern India.

However, in 1943, the people of India denied Bose and instead supported the INC ruled Republic of India. Shortly after this, both of the Indian nations started to fight each other, ending in a ceasefire. Although Bose wasn't able to defeat the Republic at that time, he still dreams of having a unified India with a strong military and is now moving slowly towards his goal with the help of his Japanese allies.
