The Trans-Ural Rescue Committee is a paramilitary and the ruling body of the Trans-Ural Confederation in the event of the Holy Russian Empire's collapse. Led by Hadji-Umar Mamsurov, a former general of the Ural League, the TURC is made up of remnants of the Ural League, Zlatoust mercenaries, the NKVD, and various other survivors of the horrors of Sergey Taboritsky's reign. It is the Committee's goal to rid Russia of extremism once and for all, then build a multicultural confederation out of the ashes.
