The United Arab States is a coalition of member states that can be led by either the Arab Republic of Egypt, the Arab People’s Republic, or the Syrian Republic. If more than two Pan-Arab Nations exist and border each other, the dreams of the Ba’ath movement can be fulfilled as the United Arab Republic will rise from the ashes of the Oil Crisis.
