Yuriy Krylov is a prince and one of the three children of the self proclaimed Tsar Rurik II in Kemerovo. He is an idealist and a populist, popular among the unions and common people of his father's small state. He wishes to improve the standards of living and safety of their people through reforms. His goals are constantly at odds with his authoritarian and pragmatic sister, Princess Lydia Krylova, the two often arguing over what is best for their country. He serves not only as the head of Government in Kemerovo, but also as a general in the army.
