Dmytro Semenovich Klyachkivsky (born 4th November 1911) also known by his pseudonyms Klim Savur, Okhrim, and Bilash, is a Ukrainian military officer currently serving as commander of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army. He was responsible for the ethnic cleansing of Poles from Volhynia. When the Ukrainian Civil War erupts, he proclaims the formation of the Ukrainian State, seeking the extermination of all foreigners residing in Ukraine.
