The Ukrainian Civil War is a conflict between the Reichskommissariat Ukraine government and three different factions of Ukrainian partisans, which erupts just after the beginning of the German Civil War.
As a consequence of years of suppression under German occupation, the Ukrainian people have grown discontent with subjugation under the Reichskommissariat. With the dissolution of the central government of the Reich, Ukrainian partisans will seize the opportunity and rise up in the east and west of the country.
