The Muslim Brotherhood (Jamāʿat al-Ikhwān al-Muslimīn) is a Sunni Islamist organisation based in the Kingdom of Egypt. It is one of the three major political factions in Egypt alongside the Wafd Party and the Free Officers Movement.
