Nikolay Artamonov is a Russian military officer. If Russia is unified by Sergey Taboritsky and subsequently collapses, he becomes the leader of the United Siberian Salvation Committee in Kamchatka, holding referendums amongst the populace for annexation by the United States of America as an overseas territory, personally seeing to it that the referendums turn out positively. As a U.S. territory, Kamchatka will not be independent but, to him, it will be free, and that is what matters.
