Regency of Holy Russia
The Regency of Holy Russia is a remnant of the Holy Russian Empire that forms after Sergey Taboritsky's death sends the Empire into anarchy. Led by the Empire's former Keeper of the State Seals Andrey Dikiy, it is the other claimant to Alexei's legacy in the Russian Far East and the main force against Michał Goleniewski's Russian Empire, also incorporating remains of Konstantin Rodzaevsky's Russian Fascist Party. Their main goal is never-ending terror, as Dikiy tries to hijack the insane prophecy of Taboritsky for himself, by declaring himself the true successor to the Regency and publicly swearing that he will retain control until Alexei returns, which he fully knows is impossible and will result in an eternal Regency with himself as ruler.

All Alone
Surronded on all sides by those who hated Taboritsky, and far from the old heartlands, the self-proclaimed Blessed Regent Dikiy waves between sobbing fits of despair and delusions of grandeur. As the last bastion of Russian Nazism in the east, it is at least somewhat comforting for his subjects to know how tenuous and miserable an existance he leads.
