Irkutsk, officially the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet, is a Russian warlord located in the far east of Russia. It is the remnant of the Soviet government after the Second World War and occupies the city of Irkutsk and its surrounding areas. It borders Buryatia to the east, both of which share the Baikal lake. To the west, it borders the Siberian Black Army and to the south-west, it borders the People's Revolutionary Council. To the south, it borders Mongolian People's Front and shares a small border with the Mengjiang United Autonomous Government. To the north, it borders the Unorganized Siberian Territories.
