An experienced spy who can reform Germany's spy agency, the Abwehr, into the Reichsnachrichtendienst, should Albert Speer win the German Civil War. If Reinhard Heydrich wins the German Civil War and the player chooses not to rescue Hans Speidel and is able to defeat Heinrich Himmler, Gehlen will lead the Deutsches Reich as a warlord state in south-western Germany and in the civil war that follows Heydrich's death.
