The Republic of Orungu is established around OTL Gabon and depends on how decolonization went, its territory may include southwestern part of OTL Congo-Brazzaville. Orungu might also emerge from or annex Spanish Guinea if the Iberian Union falls into civil war.]
They can potentially annex Spanish Guinea if the Iberian Wars happen, when the situation in Iberia is too chaotic for them to do anything about it.
