Abd al-Karim Qasim (born 21st November 1914) is an Iraqi Army brigadier and nationalist, serving as president of the Iraqi Republic.
Trivia
In real life, Qasim was the prime minister of Iraq from 1958 to 1963, when he was overthrown during the Ramadan Revolution (which ended with his execution). The man who led the revolution that led to his ousting, Ahmed Hassan al-Bakr, is one of the contenders in the Iraqi Civil War.
