The Kapa Bokone African State is a potential country which appears in the aftermath of the African Devastation and the Oberkommando Südafrika Collapse. It is created by radicalized former members of the African National Congress, now traumatized and hell bent on revenge following the events of Hans Hüttig's Reichsstaat. While Winnie Madikizela is named as the leader, she is simply a figurehead with no actual power over the actions of breakaway, and are instead following the orders of Robert Mugabe.
