Tajik Soviet Socialist Republic

The Tajik Soviet Socialist Republic is a country in Central Asia. De jure a union republic of the defunct Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, it is de facto independent. It is bordered by the Kingdom of Afghanistan to the south, the Xinjiang Clique to the east, the Kyrgyz Soviet Socialist Republic to the north, the Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic and the Turkestan Legion to the west.

The Tajik foreign policy is based on surviving until a restored Soviet Union restores order to Central Asia. This is threatened by Mawlawi Hindustoni's Islamic Renaissance Party, whose forces aim to create an Islamic state.
