The Republic of Cuba is a country in the Caribbean. The United States has control over the Guantánamo Bay, which they have leased for use as a coaling station and naval base since 1903. It also shares a land border with mainland Cuba though the aforementioned military base.

Cuba shares a maritime border with the US state of Florida to the north, the Republic of Haiti to the southeast, the West Indies Federation to the south, and the United Mexican States to the west. They have good relations and are a close ally with the United States, although they're not a member of the Organization of Free Nations. They good allies with Mexico (Potentially joining there sphere) and are a rival of the Fascist Dominican Republic. They are ruled by a socialist provisional goverment installed after the Cuban Revolution. In game they can either restore democracy and create a Democratic Socialist State or embrace Despotism and join the Mexican Sphere
