The People's Revolutionary Council is a Russian warlord state in Outer Mongolia. They border the Xinjiang Clique to the south, Oyrotia to the west; Kemerovo and Krasnoyarsk to the north-west, the Siberian Black Army to the north and Irkutsk to the north-east.

The People's Revolutionary Council is founded by the Red Army garrison stationed in the Far East at the helm of Alexander Vasilevsky.

History

The Council was one of the oldest warlord states, having been formed by Vasilevsky during the last days of World War II. Unlike the other states in Central Siberia, it was never a part of the Central Siberian Republic, instead consisting of the former Tuvan People's Republic. Vasilevsky's plan was to have the Red Army fight off the invading Japanese forces and preserve communist Mongolia; however, by the time he arrived, the Japanese had taken Ulaanbaatar and forced the Mongolian Army into a retreat. As such, the Red Army led by Vasilevsky and the Mongolian Army found themselves in an uneasy alliance, with the former wishing to reclaim the Soviet Union, while the latter instead preferring to stay where they are, fight the Japanese, and make a Mongolian homeland.

Military

Generals

The People's Revolution Council has at least 11 generals. The PRC is notable for being the only Russian warlord to not only have air cavalry unlocked at the start of the game, but also have several divisions.

Trivia

  • The People's Revolutionary Council had full content on par with Russian unifiers prior to the update Toolbox Theory, in which that content was removed and replaced with skeleton content. They would have been a democratic communist stratocracy, under Vasilevsky's control.
  • Prior to Toolbox Theory, the PRC neighboured the Mongolian People's Front, the latter of which will immediately find itself in conflict with Mengjiang - a conflict the People's Front was guaranteed to lose. Mengjiang will then set its sights on conquering the PRC. While it was possible for the PRC to beat Mengjiang back, doing so would cause the Empire of Japan and the entire Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Sphere to enter the war; as such, their best course of action was to get Mengjiang to agree to a ceasefire, which has them agree to leave the PRC alone. This conflict was removed along with the Mongolian People's Front, and all the PRC does now is to fight a brief war with Mengjiang.
  • The PRC was planned to have a faction rivalry mechanic, between the Russian side and the Mongolian side (similar to the interservice rivalry between the Imperial Japanese Army and Imperial Japanese Navy that Japan has in vanilla HOI4), led by Vasilevsky and Jamyangiin Lkhagvasüren, respectively. The former was focused on reunifying Russia. The latter, on the other hand, had no content. Both paths were eventually removed along with the PRC's content.
  • Prior to Toolbox Theory, the PRC used the Song of the Far Eastern Army as their reunification superevent song. Post Toolbox Theory (but before the PRC's unification path was removed), it was changed to Let's Go! for unknown reasons.
